Members of the Association are bound by the
Alaska Rules of Professional Conduct
adopted by the Members of the Alaska Bar Association.

The Association is also a member of the 
National Federation of Paralegal Associations, (NFPA), 
which has adopted a 
Model Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Association members are to adhere to these standards.
