Our guest speaker will be Melanie Roller, Owner/Member of C2 North, LLC. C2 North, LLC was established in 2001 by Melanie Roller to provide business development and planning services to federal contractors. Ms. Roller specializes in small business certifications, the foremost of which is SBA’s 8(a) business development program. She also works with small businesses to determine eligibility and obtain other certifications such as HUBZone, WOSB, and various DBE/MBE programs.
