Alaska Court System's Rule Process:
How a procedure becomes a court rule, and how to research a court rule.
Our guest speaker will be Stacy Steinberg, Court Rules Attorney for the Alaska Court System. Prior to this position, Ms. Steinberg worked for the Alaska State Attorney General's Office for approximately 15 years, supervising the Collections and Support Section and then the Commercial, Fair Business & Child Support Section. She also has 10 years of experience in the private sector in the areas of insurance defense and family law. She earned her law degree from the Willamette University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Alma College, in Alma, Michigan.
